I have worked in a local church's nursery and also as a children's church teacher. My class would have anywhere between 5 - 15 children at a time. I expect good behavior while still allowing children space to be creative and, well, kids. In the nursery, the main child that I cared for was a 5-year-old girl with autism. She was an amazingly little girl with her own set of quirks. By working with her, I definitely became skilled with managing active and unique children. I babysit a family with 5 children- 3mo, 1y, 3y, 8yr, and 12yr. It can be challenging but very fun!
