I have more than 18 years of experience working with differently-abled individuals who fall on the spectrum, are ADD, ADHD, ODD, and more. My passion is to help clients reach their God given potential no matter what issues they may be facing in life. l really love supporting clients in becoming more independent. I also, support the client's primary care giver in establishing and maintaining boundaries that further support the independence of their loved one. I see my clients from a position of 'can do' and treat them as such. My previous experience has included supporting individuals and families dealing with Autism, Asperger, ODD, Bipolar, FAS and ADHD. I am also med and first-aid certified. I have provided one-on-one job coach, job shadowing, and mentoring for more than a decade.

I hired Steven last year to work with my son A who had pretty much been isolated during COVID. I wanted Steven to help him with daily living activities and also to get him more active. I feel grateful to have found Steven as he has been so good with A. He's patient and kind but also understands what A needs. He is open to working with me on ideas that benefit A. Overall it's been a great experience!
