I have left the corporate world, looking to slowing down, spending my time purposefully and joyfully. I have successfully raised a daughter who is now an independent 27-year-old college graduate. I have built a wonderful life and live alone in my home. I have life wisdom to share and I make good choices. I like kids because they accept us as we are, appreciate the smallest of things and I get to share all their adolescent joy. I hope a job allows me to spend my time in positive, supportive ways that mean something to me and others. I like to paint, sail and cook. I have a 30' sailboat at Grapevine Lake and a club member, starting to grow herbs, bake bread. This is the first time in my life I did not work 12 hours a day and I am loving the discovery of so much to do. I do not have distractions that would get in the way of my focus and purpose, to put the children's comfort, health and well-being first. My skills include safety, constant attention, organization and creativity.
