About Stephanie

Hi! I have over 10 years of experience practicing life saving skills as a life guard and swim instructor. Most recently, I have spent the last 4 years working as a director in an assisted living and memory care community. Working with seniors has been such a rewarding and educational experience for me. Personally, I am very passionate about healthy living. I am self educated in the healing powers of food and lifestyle, and always bring this passion to my work with seniors. I'm an excellent cook, love brewing a nourishing herbal tea, an avid exerciser and yoga practitioner, reader, and artist. I am also certified in reiki. It would sincerely make me happy to share these interests with a senior. I have learned through working in senior living what a major role loneliness plays in mental decline. I would be delighted to abet some of that loneliness and make life a little easier for you and your family. I look forward to getting to know you!
