In 97 I did Activities in a nursing home. (planned daily activities, as well as directing them.) I then became a Charge Nurse, and also got my CNA, and Med tech certifications. I have worked in many Rehabs, Nursing homes, and have also done Home Healthcare, for many years. I love taking care of people, young, old, mentally, or physically disabled, and have much experience in caring for others, with special needs. If you are looking for care, for your loved one, I would love to speak with you.

In March my husband and I took custody of our 3 grandchildren who were moved from their foster care family. All the children were dealing with the trauma of being in the foster system for over 2.5 years. They all had extreme emotional and behavioral issues. Stephanie came and was a life saver! She is kind, gentle, efficient and effective and not rattled by difficult situations. Our youngest had no language skills and screamed constantly. Stephanie worked with him on his verbal skills and within a few weeks he communicated beautifully, his screaming was significantly reduced. He was happier. The middle child suffered seizures from stress and Stephanie recognized and responded immediately to the emergency. Her calmness and love for him has resulted in no further episodes. The oldest, already in therapy, was extremely demanding and sassy. Through various parenting techniques Stephanie was able to coach her patiently and successfully. We were blessed to find wonderful Stephanie!
