Stephanie was solely responsible for the care of an 83 year old home bound dementia patient. Stephanie was very creative in providing loving companionship as well as physical routines that kept the patient engaged and asking for more visits. She provided personal care including bathing, personal care and food service all with the utmost attention to the patient's needs and desires. Stephanie's personal devotion to the patients care was very noticeable and responsible for a great relationship.
