I worked with Stephanie for 2 years in an assisted living setting. I can honestly say that there is no one I would trust more to take care of a member of my family. She cares about every one of her patients and gives them the individual time and attention they need. She doesn't just do the bare minimum. She goes out of her way to do the little things that serve to maintain the patient's self-esteem and dignity. As her supervisor, I was ultimately responsible for the work she did. I never had to check behind her or worry that things weren't being done right.
