I delivered my daughter prematurely when we were in holiday in America. My daughter was born at only 22 weeks, and she was weighing less than one pound. Now, she is thriving and cleared to travel home, an incredible milestone after waiting over a year to do so. This achievement is a testament to the exceptional care provided by Stephanie. Stephanie’s dedication and expertise in caring for infants, especially her ability to handle complex medical needs of a super-preemie baby, make her an exceptional nanny. Her ability to remain calm under pressure and her meticulous attention to detail ensure a safe and nurturing environnement. Stephanie’s dedication is unwavering, particularly given the complexities of my daughter’s medical needs. Without proper monitoring, her day-to-day could have been life-threatening. Stephanie administered multiple medications, monitored oxygen levels and doses meticulously, and managed frequent ABD episodes where my daughter would stop breathing, and her heart rate and oxygen levels would drop. After surgeries and transfusions, she would closely observe for any signs of complications and administered necessary medicines. Stephanie’s feeding solutions were crucial in managing risks like aspiration pneumonia, choking, and failure to thrive. Stephanie established a great routine for my daughter, who is now a great sleeper and eater. She engaged with her, cared for her as she would a healthy baby, and helped her reach her milestones. Importantly, Stephanie showed love and care for all of three of my children equally. Her playful and silly nature keep the atmosphere light and enjoyable for everyone. I got to know Stephanie very well, and I can say with confidence that her skills and her commitment to exceptional care are unmatched. Throughout our time together, getting to know Stephanie meant experiencing her friendly and fun personality directly. She consistently made the environment enjoyable for both my daughter and me, as well as my two sons. Stephanie is highly adaptable, effortlessly handling any situation with poise and professionalism. As a true specialist in her field, Stephanie’s dedication and expertise were evident in every aspect of her care. I will forever be grateful for her!
