Stephanie was our nanny for this last year and cared for our 1.5 year old and our 6 year old. She is wonderful. We trust her completely. The kids love her, but she doesn't let them get away with everything. Our 1.5 year old already has please and thank you down. Stephanie kept the kids' days busy with activities that she planned for them, including music class, gymnastics, playground, and lots of library time. She worked with our 6 year old on his and reading, and he now excels where just six months ago he could not read. She kept the kids' areas neat and worked with them on picking up after themselves. She was flexible on the few occasions that we needed to move hours around to accommodate business travel. Overall, she was in tune to what help our family needed, and always thought ahead and thought of ways she could help keep us on track. We will miss her very much. Her new family will be very lucky to have her.
