I hired her to cover a about 8 days. A couple days before the start day she said that she could only cover 6 out if the 8 hours we previewsly agreed. My husband and arrange our schedules to make it work. Then she didn't showed up, no call, no text, no explanation. She ghosted us, leaving us in a really bad situation. Hope this doesn't happen to you.
