Stephanie was a nanny for my daughter from 5 months of age through 3 years. My daughter lit up the moment she saw Stephanie every day (and she still asks to video chat with her 2 years later!) A typical day in the life consisted of some form of craft, learning, reading, "nature walks" to collect treasures, the occasional order of French fries, and oh my goodness a TON of laughing. She is a kiddo's dream. Hire her now.
