As a passionate and experienced childcare provider with five plus years of experience, I find great joy in supporting families and providing reliable care for their children. My patient and calm demeanor, coupled with my friendly and approachable nature, allows me to connect easily with children and build a trusting relationship. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in open and transparent dialogue. I provide regular updates on their child's day, either verbally during pickup or through text or phone calls, depending on the parents' preferred method of communication. I firmly believe in following the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, as I understand the importance of consistency and routine for children. To ensure the children's safety and well-being, I've completed First Aid Training and CPR Training.
