About Stephanie

When I was in High School, I often would babysit for my parent's friends or for aunt's and uncle's. I was always willing to care for their kids because I find it so rewarding and fun to be around kids. I worked as a teacher's assistant at Alpha Bits Learning Center and also really enjoyed being around the kids. When I moved off to college I found a family nearby who was looking for a part-time caregiver. Every week I watched over their two children, a boy 5 and a girl 4. I worked for this family for two years. I picked the kids up from school and daycare and we would find things to do either at home or at a nearby park, museum, or library. I had so much fun with these kids and I'd love to have a similar experience again after moving home from college. I grew up with 4 younger siblings and have always had a natural affiliation for caring for younger kids. I also volunteered as a mentor and worked as a tutor for children of all ages at Horizon for Homeless, Webster Buddies, and at a school in Brockton, MA.
