To Whom It May Concern, It is a true pleasure to write a recommendation letter for Stephanie who I have known for the past 6 years, having been her Social Studies teacher. I believe Stephanie would be an excellent care giver for any family. She has been a regular babysitter for my family since her junior year of high school. While a student at the School, Stephanie has always challenged herself academically. She has superb problem solving skills that are a pleasure for any teacher to encounter. Stephanie is extremely well organized and detail oriented in her approach to tasks. These attributes make her an ideal care giver. While working for me as a babysitter, Stephanie would routinely bring activities with her for the kids to participate in. She was willing to drive the kids to activities and pick them up if necessary. We were so comfortable with her as a care giver that we invited her to the beach for a week to be the kids nanny. Stephanie was always on time for babysitting and would not mind staying late if it was necessary. Stephanie also excels in extracurricular activities at school. She has served on almost all committees that offers in her years here. Her ability to delegate work as well as get other students to join in her efforts reflects her organizational skills and strong leadership abilities. I believe a well-rounded person makes for a better care giver. Stephanie is not only an excellent student, but she is also personally delightful. She is as comfortable with herself as she is engaging, pleasant and humorous. As I got to know Stephanie over the years I became only more impressed by the wide range of her abilities and by her modesty about them. I know that Stephanie would become a part of any family she works for.
