She believes that children must feel safe, accepted, and loved in order to thrive in any learning environment. Her formal teaching began in Indianapolis after joining Teach for America as a Social Studies and History teacher. She earned her Master of Arts in Teaching from Marian University and later moved to China, where she gained extensive experience teaching the international baccalaureate Primary Years Program. Miss Stephanie encourages her students to explore the world with an open-mind and sense of adventure as she partners with parents in nurturing the child's mind, body, and soul. One of her favorite things is teaching Dual Language and celebrating diversity!

Stephanie goes above and beyond for our family each and every time! She is intelligent, kind, and most importantly, amazing to our kiddos! My kids request her each time we tell them we're getting a sitter. I was hesitant to find someone online to sit for our kids because of all the crazy stories you hear, but I feel like we got extremely lucky with Ms. Stephanie!
