About Stephanie

Hello there ! My name is Stephanie and I reside in Park Slope, Brooklyn. I am a master's degree graduate from Brooklyn College with a degree in education. I currently work as a middle school ELA teacher in South Slope, Brooklyn and am looking to fill my schedule with a few more hours. Working with students gives me an opportunity to gain more experience and to be a positive, fun and caring mentor in children's lives. As a current teacher, it is greatly important for me to create a safe, welcoming, environment for my students. I appreciate when my students show curiosity and enthusiasm for learning! I consider myself very empathetic and caring. I will roll on the floor, dance, assemble balloon figurines, make lego towers, sing even though my voice isn't so great!
