I just recently left a year long position caring for a 4yr old child with Autism. It was demanding but I loved every minute of it! Seeing him flourish was amazing! I have worked with Down Syndrome children in the past also. I understand what is needed from me to care for special needs children and I always give 100%. Smiling everyday and making them feel good! I have worked in Early Childhood Development for over 15yrs. I would love another position with a special needs individual. It is rewarding and I love it!!
