Growing up as the eldest of four children, and my youngest sibling being 9 years younger than me, I started babysitting at a young age. I have worked with children for many years and have found my career in doing so. Other than babysitting for families, I have taught swim lessons over the course of several summers in college, coached a summer league swim team, worked as a lifeguard/swim instructor and bunk counselor at a sleep away camp in Maine. I currently work as a 5th grade teacher at an elementary school in Fort Lauderdale. I have been at that school for 4 years. I also speak Spanish and would love an opportunity to practice it. I have a dog and love animals so pets would not be an issue for me.
