In my early twenties I babysat for various families, then progressed to working as an aide in kindergarten and TK classrooms. I have worked as an after school lead in an after school program as well. My passion for working with children has always been strong, growing up I had two strong female role models-my mom and my godmother. Both of whom were teachers in Mexico. Since I was little I've always wanted to follow in their footsteps. I attended Cal Poly Pomona and received my bachelors degree in Early Childhood Studies and then went on to complete the teacher credential program. I'm currently in the process of finishing the final step and submitting my application to become credentialed and licensed to teach here in CA. In the meantime, I'm looking for part time work preferably Friday evening and anytime on Saturdays and Sundays.
