About Stephanie

I enjoy working one on one with students to meet them where their understanding is and branch out from there. Everyone has a different way of learning and remembering things, and it helps to build understanding from an individual level. I work with students to identify roadblocks along their learning path and help find the best ways to overcome them. I've taught Biology since 2021 and have been holding tutoring sessions both online and in person since then. My skills include breaking concepts down into digestible words, helping students discover tools they can use when learning new concepts, and approaching all students with kindness and flexibility to reach them on an individual level. In my spare time, I like to read, play video games, or play guitar, piano, and a few other instruments!
