Steph watched my twin boys from when they were about four months until they were two when she left for school. She was great with them and they still get excited when she comes to visit or comes to their birthday parties. You can tell she loves what she does. She always has a smile on her face and clearly enjoys working with little kids. My boys are rough and tumble but they never had so much as a fall when she watched them. She's very vigilant and does the job well.
