Stephanie has been such a blessing to our family! She is friendly, kind, proactive, knowledgeable, respectful and generally just nice to have around. She has helped full time with my 2.5 yo and 4 month old, and does a great job keeping our 2.5 yo active and stimulated while tending to the needs of our infant. She always asks to confirm our style or approach to anything nuanced. She makes herself useful in any way she can during down time. A must hire!
