I have been a nanny for a family for over 3 years, I moved them to the lake I live on in Valley last year. I am looking for more hours bc I like to stay busy. Last year I bought and flipped 2 rental properties, they are all rented out and now I'm free for some extra work. Some things that I have done as nanny/house manager:Plumbing, electrical, painting, anything and everything that goes into a house. I have 8 houses and have done all the work on them myself. I can cook, clean, run errands, do laundry, organize, and more. I have a background in IT as well. All the kids I've watched love me and feel comfortable. For right now, I am looking to add work, not replace. I still need to pick up kids every other week for the family I work for. As far as the nanny side, I have over 15 years experience. I can focus more on the kids or the house, you tell me what you want and I'm here to make your life easier. Or don't tell me what you want and I'll do things the way I would want if I was you :)
