As the 2nd oldest in a family of 6 kids, I quickly acquired the skills to care for kids in multiple age groups. Starting at 13, I would care for kids outside of my family, including working for a Mother's Day Out program, by 16 I was working and writing curriculum for an afternoon school program for middle schoolers.
