Stephanie gets to the child's level and makes them feel important. My son always looked forward to Stephanie babysitting him. She would talk to him, read to him, play games with him. My son called Stephanie his friend. If my son told Stephanie he was allowed to eat something or so something she would always ask me about it before allowing him to do it. I would definitely recommend Stephanie!!
