I have been cleaning in the Beach area for the past 4 years. I can provide professional as well as personal references. I clean vacation rentals, I clean for Real estate professionals (Move in/Move out cleanings) as well as residential clients (BiWeekly/Monthly/As Needed cleanings). One time cleanings or as needed cleanings are welcome, just call me as you need and I will do my best to get you on my schedule. I do charge per job not by the hour, it seems to be easier both for the client as well as myself. Basic cleaning charges range from $100-$175 per cleaning ($75 minimum), Deep cleanings and Move in/Move out cleaning charges range from $250-$550 depending on the severity of the clean. Vacation turn over cleanings range from $75-$150 depending on the house/condo size (linens or no linens as well as restocking supplies). Homes with pets are fine with me, I love animals!
