Stephanie was the first person I hired to watch my daughter as a first time mother returning to work. Stephanie is very communicative and respectful of the parents wishes in terms of routines, feeding, tv time, etc. She is very warm and friendly and I felt good that my daughter had someone like that when I couldn’t take care of her myself. Stephanie has a lot of experience working with families and has raised her own children. I would recommend Stephanie without reservations.
