Good morning, My name is Stephanie. I was a CNA for over 20yrs. However, I haven't officially worked in the industry 2020 so my license has expired. I became self employed after my teenage daughter had a stroke & needed my direct support. Prior to this event I was self employed as an in home caregiver. My last client was a retired veterinarian with Dementia. We spent 5-6 hours together Monday-Friday. I provided assistance in bathing & dressing, feeding, documenting ADL's & interactions with the client and support in passing his medications. Also, since I had worked directly with patients with Dementia at the Veterans Home and provided support for the therapist during treatments, I was able to provide ROM exercises. Prior to working with this client, I provided in home care services for two other families. References are available. I can provide the following services: Housekeeping Errands Nursing assistance
