About Stephanie

When I was a teenager I watched my mother care for my grandmother as she struggled with Alzheimer's. I was amazed by my mom's patience and dedication. I received my Certified Nursing Assistant certificate back in 2019 in Seattle, WA and worked full time with elders in their homes for 3 years providing companionship, emotional support, meal prep, personal hygiene, light housekeeping, exercise, transportation, etc. Since moving to Fredericksburg in 2022 I've worked with select clients part-time. My clients have appreciated my ability to ask questions about their lives, listen to stories and offer a space where their emotions, challenges and fears are all welcome. I have a background in Poetry Coaching, Childcare and have also done continuing education courses on Dementia Care and Developmental Psychology. I believe every human being deserves to feel seen, heard, understood and loved. My hope is to help your loved one feel less alone and isolated during the last part of their life.
