I regret hiring her even after the previous review was a 1star and now I see why. I wanted to know her side of the story why she had a 1star and she said that person didn't contact her on the right phone number. Also she doesn't have any experience that she mentions in her profile. She didn't even know how to change a diaper. I have mentioned to her that I need someone for long term and she agreed that she's going to be there for long term but in fact she actually worked for only 2 weeks. She came in to work on Friday and Monday when I was expecting her to be there she texts me saying that she got in close contact with someone with Covid during the weekend and can't come in. And I understood and asked her to take the test and update me. I texted her multiple times asking about it went and how she was doing and she didn't respond. After a week she texted me saying she found an other job that she's interested in and won't be working with us. Absolutely disappointed with her. She used Covid as an excuse which is absolutely wrongful. She could have been transparent in case she can't work. Never hiring her and I hope my review helps someone who wishes to hire her.
