We used Stephi for a short term need recently for our 5-month old daughter and she proved to be a very capable and hard working care taker. Stephi was mainly responsible to look after her during awake / play time as well as helping with all related tasks such as bottle washing, laundry, and other light household work. She was very proactive in helping out and genuinely caring (and quite patient when fussy). Stephi was also very punctual even showing up a bit early / staying later as needed.
