I have over 20 years of experience in home care. I generally assist my clients with activities of daily living and companionship. I offer personal care, bathing and grooming, laundry and linen, meal planning and preparation, eating assistance, medication reminders, vital signs, monitoring of change in status, shopping and errands, light housekeeping, ambulation and transfer assistance. My experience working in long term facilities as CNA; Assisted Living as Medical Technician and in Hospitals and Rehabs, Hospice Care and individual Residences as CHHA increases my knowledge and training on various types of care like Diabetes, Dementia, Stroke, Cancer, Glaucoma, Osteoporosis, Parkinson's; Incontinence and much more.
