As a young child I would volunteer during the summer at my mother's special needs classes that she would interpret for. The majority of the children that were in the special needs programs were deaf and all of them had their own beautiful personalities and were able to connect with each one of them in their own way.... Then I was blessed with my own gift from god .. my 17-year-old Eddie he was born with ID and has become the most amazing young man ever... I love to keep busy and fill the day with safe activities and great energy. I love arts and crafts and nature walks so any activity outside is perfect for me...
