Starr was hired to care for my 10-month-old baby. Of the 39 days she was employed, Starr missed 9 days of work with short or no notice of absence before her shift. The lack of punctuality, reliability, and professionalism is disappointing. I am not satisfied with her service, and do not recommend her for any families.
