I started helping to care for my mother in-law when she lived with us. She was on home peritoneal dialysis. She was my first experience with home healthcare. Later, my grandfather came to live with us and I cared for him with meals, outings, medications and companionship. I found it very rewarding being able to care for him when he needed it the most. I have worked with several families gaining experiences with many duties associated with care giving; hospice care, dementia, Alzheimer's, daily living, bathing, lifting, transferring, cooking, medication, appointments, shopping, and light housekeeping. Amazing caregiver! If you are blessed enough to have Stacy care for your family member, then your loved one will be in great hands. Stacy has been caring for my mom for almost 2 years, and she genuinely cares about my mom, and my mom loves her! She anticipates my mom's needs, she is kind, compassionate, intelligent, and one of the best people I have ever met. She not only cares for my mom, but also makes appointments for her and drives her to them, prepares her meals, does her shopping, orders her medicine from the VA, cleans, and the list goes on and on. She will interview you as well to make sure you are a match, so if you are lucky enough to get her, you just hit the jackpot.
