Just as it isn't always easy to find the right caregiver, it isn't always easy to find the right job/family. I believe in loving & nurturing every child, & that every child is unique. Communication is key. I also love animals! My primary residence is in Sacramento area but 90% of my clients (over 13yrs) are in the bay area, & I can stay w/family or friends if needed when I'm in the bay.

I can’t rave enough about Stacy! I am a naturally anxious person, and I was very hesitant to let someone care for my newborn. But between my job and my toddler, I needed some rest. And Stacy came in to help us all. The first night, I couldn’t sleep and kept checking the monitor on my phone. But I got to see exactly how she pours her heart into caring for a child. She doesn’t just go through the motions of getting tasks done. She cares quite a bit about doing the job as best as it possibly can be done. I initially hired Stacy on a per diem basis to help me get some sleep. But she impressed me through and through that I rushed to make sure I would have her booked for the sleep training process. We then went into a consistent sleep training schedule when my daughter became 3 months old. And if I thought Stacy was good before, she blew me out of the water with her sleep training methods. She doesn’t just go with one textbook method of sleep training a child. She has so much experience and knowledge that she’s able to figure out a plan to train a child that’s not rough on the baby or on the parent. When I had sleep trained my son, it was exhausting and full of tears on both ends. But with Stacy’s method of sleep training for my daughter, things couldn’t have been smoother. My daughter was able to take to it well and she did not have to go through insanely long periods of crying to get trained. Not only did Stacy train her at night while she was there, but she helped me tweak my methods during the day. With that, Stacy ensured that my daughter was getting a consistent sleep program no matter who was with her. Outside of the actual care, I want to talk about Stacy’s integrity. She is up front with you about when she thinks your child is or is not ready to make the next move in the sleep training. When I wanted to take both my daughter’s arms out of the swaddle 3 days after we had taken 1 arm out, Stacy advised me to wait. When I wanted to slow down the sleep training process, Stacy showed me that my daughter had the skills to adjust to the next step and we should not slow down. So she will tell you how it is. She will not try to prolong or shorten the process. She told me at the beginning that she’s predicting a certain frame for my daughter to be sleep trained and she was right. She uses all her experience and knowledge of the child after getting to know them to tell you when she thinks the process can be done by. And she’s very truthful about what she sees that can slow down or hinder the process. So I advise everyone who makes the right choice to hire her, to listen to and trust her! She always does what’s best for the child with a true heart. She even took the time to review all of the app entries and make recommendations for the day. My daughter has some difficult feeding issues and Stacy even advised us through that. She went far above and beyond to help my daughter thrive. I could not be more grateful. I also want to comment on her professionalism. I know there is a negative review here that commented on her availability and communication. I don’t think it could be further from my experience with Stacy’s professionalism. She always communicates with you. We did have some unforeseen circumstances arise during our time together, but she handled it gracefully. She communicated with me early and we got everything properly settled on the calendar. Lastly, I want to point out her practicality. She’s not the person who expects the situation around a baby to be ideal. When I explained to her that my husband does the dream feed, and I could do it to see if my daughter would take more ounces that way, she recognized how exhausted I was. She advised my husband on some tweaks instead. I told her how my 3 year old loves his new sister and wants to play with her but it exhausts her by the end of the day. And Stacy helped me tweak my daughter’s bedtime and routine so my daughter wouldn’t be overtired. She didn’t just give me just empty advice about how to keep my 3 year old quiet or away from his sister. She gave me practical workarounds. She doesn’t make you feel mom guilt about not having the most ideal scenario. Instead she normalizes things and figures them into her sleep training plan and helps you work with everything. And I’m sure people are curious about the success of the sleep training process. And Stacy absolutely delivers on results! I hope many children are lucky enough to have her help guide their parents during this tough period. So thank you for everything Stacy! We absolutely appreciate everything you’ve done for us.
