My care experience began as a summer counsler for the YMCA in La Honda, CA. Over the years, I obtained my ECE degree at Canada College and also raised 3 children of my own. I have experience as a preschool teacher aide and a medical background. I believe that children thrive in routine. I like to create age appropriate activities that teach a child to engage and learn about new things. Being a mother myself, I'm often able to tell when a child is not feeling well or is feeling out of sorts. I'm quick to go into action in emergency situations. Communication is very important to me. Everyone has a different parenting style and it's important to create boundaries and expectations right from the start. I love to sing and play games. There's not many Disney songs I don't know!
