Stacy was great for our son in the beginning. After agreeing to the amount of days and hourly rate Stacy came to us after 2.5 months and asked for more money and more days. We had family watching our son for the other days during the week, which is why we clearly stated the amount of days we needed in our initial interview. She then had family matters to attend and abruptly quit via text with no notice, leaving us to scramble for babysitting help, as we both work full time. This was an unfortunate abrupt ending as we really liked Stacy and so did our son. This could have been done much more professionally in my opinion.
