Staci didn't feel it necessary to communicate and/or show up as promised. Parents are 101 and 97 and definitely needed some assistance. At minimum, if she decided she no longer wanted the position, she had an obligation to return phone calls or messages and let the family and clients know. My mother liked having her as a caregiver so this was very disappointing.
