I have spent the last 15+ years working with children and their families. I have experience with infants through high school age students. I have worked with various special needs students including Autistic, Asperger's, emotional, hearing impaired, sensory, ADD, ADHD, and many more. I am very creative, hardworking and compassionate. I love adapting my care to meet the individual needs of the child and his/her family. My background includes: Montessori Education, Charter, Public and Private School and Church. I have the opportunity to use my skills in both affluent and inner city settings. I love meeting new challenges. I have Director and Classroom experience. Over the last 8 years, I have really focused my attention on not only educating children but their entire family. This has brought me great joy. Communicating with parents and adapting my approach to the developmental needs of a child to help them grow emotionally, socially, academically and physically.
