I have been a caregiver for just under 30 years, both for companies and private duty. I have letters of recommendation as well as received an award, TB, CPR, first aide and 41 certifications (although the best teacher is experience and hands on). My fee is $20. 00 - 22. 00 an hour. I absolutely love working with the elderly! Enjoy the chatter boxes who teach me some history no school could ever teach. I enjoy cooking and being sure your loved one has a home cooked healthy meal. There is not much in the home setting I have not experienced in my years- the elderly can be spunky and definitely keep you on your toes. I have done many end of live cases (which that on no one), held hands with 21 people as the gained their wings-my heart is happy knowing they left seeing a smiling face and feeling the love as we held hands.
