Our family has had the privilege of working with Stacey for four and a half years as she took care of our two young daughters from birth, and I can confidently say that she is one of the most dedicated, compassionate, and skilled nannies we have ever known. Stacey has shown an exceptional depth of knowledge and understanding of child development in her work with us. Stacey is not only attentive, nurturing and loving with my two daughters, but also highly organized and proactive. She confidently manages daily routines, including meal preparation, educational activities, schedules, and transportation to and from school. Her ability to create a confidently structured yet warm environment has had a profoundly positive impact on my girls. She has an intuitive ability to connect with my kids on a personal level and engages them with thoughtful conversation, encourages creativity and exploration, and models respectful, responsible and kind behavior. I have witnessed firsthand how my girls have flourished emotionally and academically under her care. They have gained confidence and developed a genuine love for learning. Furthermore, Stacey is an excellent communicator with us as parents, ensuring that we both remain informed and aligned on our kids progress, concerns and needs. Her professionalism, reliability, and warmth make her a truly invaluable member of any household, and we have enjoyed the trust we have with her. I wholeheartedly recommend Stacey. She is a rare find, and our family has been incredibly fortunate to have her as part of our lives. Although we are sad to see her go because our kids are now entering school, we know she will make another family very happy!
