About Stacey

As a 23-year-old college student pursuing my bachelor's degree in elementary education, I am passionate about nurturing and educating young minds. I will be graduating this year with my associate's degree in child development, which has provided me with a solid foundation in understanding children's needs and growth. I have 6 years of experience supporting an individual with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), which has deepened my understanding of diverse needs and how to provide tailored support. My experience with babysitting for family members has allowed me to develop valuable skills in caring for children of various ages. Growing up with five siblings has enriched my experience, giving me firsthand knowledge of managing different personalities and dynamics in a household. I'm currently learning sign language to enhance my communication skills and better support all children. I am eager to bring my enthusiasm and commitment to providing a safe and engaging environment for children.
