I've always had a passion for caring for children, which is why I pursued a career as a childcare provider. My experience includes babysitting roles where I honed my skills and realized my desire to make a positive impact on children's lives. I believe that my creative and imaginative nature, coupled with my friendly and approachable demeanor, makes me an exceptional caregiver. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and communicating effectively with parents about their child's day or any issues that arise. Finding a sitter who is ready to handle the wild card of a toddler and 7month old is nerve wracking. Srishti was 100% up to the task, and both my kids immediately attached to her with my son waking up the next day asking if she’d be back today. Clear communication, excellent background to handle various emotional backgrounds, and punctual. We are glad to have found Srishti.
