Hi, my name is Spencer! I have many years of experience in child care with children of all ages, including 4+ years in formal daycare centers, and many years as a nanny. My mother has worked in Early Childhood Development my whole life, and travels the state holding trainings for childcare providers, so I am thoroughly trained on things such as infant sleep safety, shaking baby syndrome, child psychology and learning, etc. I drive a 2023 Toyota RAV4 suv, that is very kid friendly. I'm incredibly responsible and proactive. I have also worked as a lifeguard for several years, and am experienced in CPR and water safety.
