About Spencer

Hi, my name is Spencer! I'm a motivated college student seeking summer work in childcare. I was a substitute teacher for Wayland Public Schools this past summer, working with kids from kindergarten to 5th grade. Previously, I was a summer camp counselor for three years, also working with kids aged K-5. Additionally, I've babysat and coached basketball for kids in grades 3-8, giving me a wide range of experience with different age groups and scenarios. As someone passionate about childcare, I understand the importance of creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children.
