I have worked with two families extensively over the past 15 years supporting their children from infancy to elementary school. Once children are school age, I support them with homework help as well as transportation to various after school activities. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Soraya. She is caring, kind and absolutely dependable. She worked for our family 5 days a week for 8 years - from the time my daughter was an infant until my son was ready for school. From the time they were babies, she continually read to them, played with them, and took them on excursions to local parks, the Central Park Zoo, Hall of Science and more. Her demeanor is calm and nurturing at all times, yet firm about safety and eating nutritious meals. She was encouraging in the best of habits such as how to say please and thank you and spoke Spanish to my kids which allowed them to thrive in dual language Pre-K. Truly, I never worried about my kids when they were with her as I always knew they were in the best of care. I even had other neighborhood moms who saw her in the park tell me that she was amazing - "the best of the nannies that they saw." As my daughter says of her next family, "They will really be the luckiest kids in the world."
