I have a deep passion for caregiving and creating warm, supportive environments. While my professional background is primarily in childcare, my love of service, patience, and ability to build trusting relationships extend to seniors and their families as well. I understand the challenges of caregiving and strive to offer practical support and companionship. My experience includes assisting with daily routines, light house work, medication prompting, heavy lifting, transportation, help staying active, providing companionship and conversation. With a background in teaching music, yoga, and social-emotional learning, I bring a calming, attentive presence and can incorporate music, gentle movement, or mindfulness techniques to enhance well-being. I am currently returning to school to become a couples and family therapist, deepening my commitment to supporting people through life's transitions. I am dedicated to bringing warmth, care, and reliability to your family.
