I've been caring for children since I was a teenager, from infants to preteens. My love for children is an innate part of who I am and has led me to various roles, including being on the president's board at The Friendship Circle, an organization dedicated to supporting children with autism. With my brother having special needs, I've gained practical experience in catering to children with diverse needs and behaviors. As a patient, creative, and friendly caregiver, I prioritize open communication with parents. I provide written daily reports and ensure regular updates via text or phone calls. I believe in following the parents' lead when enforcing household rules. I enjoy engaging children in outdoor sports, physical games, board games, and puzzles. With eight years of experience, I'm comfortable caring for up to three children at a time. Though I have some college education, my real-life experiences have been my greatest teachers.
