About Sophie

Hi families! I am Sophie, an RN who has a passion to care for others, young and old. I have previous experience babysitting children age 6mo to preteens. I am CPR certified and go through BLS training quarterly at my hospital. I'm down to get my hands dirty with arts and crafts, go on nature walks, help the kids with homework and even the adults with some chores. I'd describe my personality as down-to-earth (it's one word if you hyphenate it), silly, and reliable. I like working with kids because they make me feel like one! I tend to enjoy "kid" activities like board games, swimming, coloring books, etc. I'm looking for a couple/parent who will be dependable and honest; not coming home at 2 a.m. when you said you'd be back at 12. I'm a very gracious and patient person but I do not appreciate being taken advantage of. I started working with kids in middle school at age 14 and have done it on/off since.
